Compare this version with my previous version– taken when the building was just a tiny 18 story bump.
the well-lit building across the street reflected nicely on this glass façade and the odd blue-lit floor under construction called down to me to take this shot

I’m showing another photograph from the fountain that is located south of the “Chase” building (here). I have a couple more of these that will likely post, so I hope you like fountains. Speaking of fountains and free-flow, Thanksgiving is tomorrow (free-flowing meat, alcohol, and backhanded compliments*). Yay for the holidays. I’m not going anywhere, but safe travels to those who are.

Welcome to version 4 of wvallen.com. The machine is nearly complete, so enjoy the new interface and added features. At some point I’ll add color, but for now, you’ll have to imagine it.
still building the site…
I’m still constructing the site. I guess I could have waited until I was done customizing the theme before I switched to the new version, but I didn’t feel like waiting.

normally, i prefer landscape-oriented photos, however this one called for the portrait experience. speaking of changes, i’m in the planning phase of my site’s redesign. i realize that i change versions often, but what the hell, i’m bored with this interface.
…and i didnt just pass the academic hurdle, i kicked its ass. oh, and i didn’t take names.
