The framing and DOF of this shot are great. I’ve never seen the Brooklyn Bridge like this either.

The Brooklyn Bridge has been shot millions of times but this is a perspective I’ve never seen before. Beautifully done! My only comment would be that I wish the van wasn’t there. No big deal though.
